Scroll below the table of registered competitors to see procedures for registration, ordering meals & merchandise, and to download the necessary forms.

We are separating the Regatta Entry form and associated payment from any additional meal tickets or merchandise ordered so you can sign up early and worry about the rest later! Even if you don't purchase additional meals or merchandise, you'll need to complete and email that form so we provide the correct size 2008 North American T-shirts for you and your crew.

We’re offering 2008 J/30 North American customized Ball Caps, Polo Shirts, T-Shirts and Beer Glasses.  You’ll also be able to order additional meal tickets for the Friday Barbeque and Saturday Lobster Boil.

Regatta Registration Procedure (Really easy!):

1. REGISTER EARLY! Download the Registration Form.  It’s an Excel Spreadsheet that you’ll populate.  Note that loaner boat requests are included on the registration form.  Loaner boat assignment procedures are explained in the NOR paragraph 4.
2. Once the form is filled out, Use “File Save As” and save the Excel file to your computer (in a location you can find later).
3. Print the form, click on the email link to open a formatted email message, then close the Excel file (you saved it… right?). 
4. Attach the Excel file you saved to the email message and send it to na2008@j30.us
5. You can either pay via credit card by calling Chris Healey, the Bristol Yacht Club Steward 401.253.2922, or mail a check.
6. If paying by check mail it with the form in the envelope to the address listed on the form.
7. You will receive an acknowledgement email from the regatta committee confirming you are registered upon receipt of the completed emailed form and associated payment.  The list of registered boats will be periodically updated and posted on the web for all to see.

Meal & Merchandise Procedure (Also easy!):

1. Relax – we don’t need this completed until 22 August, but if you are able to send it early, fine with us!
   Download the Order Form.  It’s an Excel Spreadsheet that you’ll populate similar to the registration form.  Even if you don’t buy anything else, we need this form sent back so your crew gets the right size T-Shirts.

8. Buy More Stuff! If later you want to order additional meals or merchandise after you've already submitted an order, no problem before 22 August. Submit another order form just for the additional quantities. Don't duplicate what you already submitted.
