Launch Service for arriving boats.  Hail BYC Dock on 68 when you arrive.

First gun for Wednesday Night racing.  The racing happens just outside the harbor and is just Jib & Main.  We are in the C fleet so you will need a C flag.  We are the 4th start @ 6:15 (A,J/105,B,C), it is a 5 minute rolling start with first prep for A @ 5:55pm.  Ask the front desk of the BYC if they have a copy of the racing chart with the mark reference.  If not find me and get a copy from me.  Or just follow the C fleet.

6pm-9pm

Gazebo bar and grill will be open for drinks and food – there is a good party after Wed Night racing so there will be a crowd at about 7:45.

Boat Measurement @ East end of BYC Dock (your left if you are facing the harbor).  If the weather permits we will have spots for 3 boats at a time.  This will be first come first server.  We will use VHF 72 to coordinate the boats coming in to the dock.

# Please have all the safety equipment out and visible to speed the process.  If you have sails that have been measured in the last 2 years then keep them on the boat and accessible so the signature can be checked when the boat is inspected.

10am-12pm

Sail measurement.  This will happen in the back of the BYC yardarm in the “Garage”.  You will need your main, #1 and spinnaker.  If your sails have a valid signature from the one of the last 2 NA’s and they have not been altered (including damaged and repaired) then they do not need to be measured again.  They will be checked when you have your boat measured.

Please make sure you have your wrist band for Friday night!  This is a joint function with the BYC so there should be a few hundred more people. There are assigned tables with your boat name on them so please sit with your crew if you can stand them a bit longer.  If you can’t then just switch with another boat.

4pm is a guess.  We will shoot to have it 1-1.5hrs after the last boat crosses the finish line of the last race.  The sooner everyone gets in the sooner we will have it so everyone can head home.
